Mobile-first callback automation

Business calls from the phone
already in your pocket.

Schedule the callback. At the appointed time, we ring your regular mobile first, then connect the recipient showing your approved business number. No special calling app, VoIP audio, headset, or open browser required at call time.

  • Your ordinary mobile rings first
  • Your private callback number stays separate
  • Recipients see an approved displayed caller ID

The reminder is not the call

A promised callback should not depend on memory, an open CRM tab, or one more app.

Salespeople work from cars, job sites, airports, home offices, and ordinary mobile phones. Schedule to Call Me turns a callback commitment into a call that reaches the salesperson first—wherever they can receive a regular phone call.

How it works

Schedule once. Answer normally. Connect professionally.

01

Schedule the callback

Choose Call Now or an exact time in the web app. Calendar, SMS, and Phone Access follow the same callback-first model when enabled.

02

Your ordinary mobile rings

We call the salesperson’s verified callback phone first. No softphone, headset, or browser needs to be open.

03

Choose without reaching for the screen

Press 1 to connect, 9 to cancel, or wait three seconds for hands-free connect. Entitled users can press 0 to snooze.

04

The recipient sees the approved identity

Only after the salesperson is ready do we call the recipient using the selected approved personal or company caller ID.

No calling software at call time

Your mobile rings. Their screen shows your approved business number.

Keep the phone and carrier your team already knows. The callback-first bridge reaches the salesperson on a normal call while presenting the approved displayed number selected for the recipient leg.

No calling-app rollout

Salespeople conduct the call on the ordinary mobile or callback phone they already know.

Private mobile stays private

The number used to reach the salesperson stays separate from the caller ID shown to the recipient.

Business identity stays consistent

Eligible team members use assigned, approved company caller IDs with no private-number fallback.

Built for mobile work

Recruiting, agency, field-sales, and client teams can answer wherever normal phone service reaches them.

Schedule your way

Four entry paths. One callback-first flow.

01

Web

Call now or select an exact time and timezone, then review the estimate before dispatch.

02

Calendar

Invite amber.canada.otter@cal.scheduletocall.me from the verified organizer email.

03

SMS

Send a supported destination and schedule command when Phone Access is enabled.

04

Direct phone

Call the platform from a verified phone and use a private PIN when entitled.

Channel availability depends on provider configuration, launch gate, and entitlement.

Built for the business and the salesperson

Easy for the person making the call. Controlled by the company paying for it.

Salespeople answer their normal phones. Owners and administrators control memberships, approved caller IDs, capabilities, usage, billing, and authorized recording policy.

Operational trust

Built around the promise, not the dial count.

Optional capability

Silent recording with explicit account responsibility.

Eligible accounts can enable silent recording after the applicable owner or authorized representative completes the required attestation. Recording begins only after the recipient answers and includes no service-generated announcement, beep, confirmation, or keypress.

Frequently asked

What the callback-first flow changes.

How do I join the beta?

Anyone can request an invitation. The product owner reviews requests and approves access individually. This is a paid, invite-only beta; submitting a request or creating a sign-in does not grant access.

Does the salesperson need to install an app?

Not to conduct the scheduled call. At call time, the verified ordinary phone rings and the salesperson answers normally. Scheduling and account management still use the enabled web, calendar, SMS, or direct-phone surfaces.

Is the salesperson using a softphone or browser for audio?

No. The salesperson receives the callback through ordinary phone service. Schedule to Call Me operates the cloud-telephony bridge between the two phone legs.

What number does the recipient see?

The selected approved displayed caller ID. The salesperson’s private callback number is never used as an automatic fallback.

Is this a predictive dialer?

No. It is built for intentional callbacks. The salesperson is called first, and the intended recipient is not called until the accepted or documented hands-free condition.

Can calls be recorded?

Silent recording is an optional paid capability that requires the entitlement and account-level attestation. Customers remain responsible for lawful use and any required consent.
