Billing, trials, wallet, and add-ons

Understand temporary trial access, PAYG membership, wallet funds, add-ons, and auto-reload.

Trial access

  • Every portal page shows whether beta trial access is active, expired, or canceled.
  • The banner shows the exact end time, days remaining, and temporary features.
  • Saved settings can remain visible after a trial expires, but the associated feature is unavailable.
  • The beta trial covers Web, Calendar, SMS, Direct PIN, Phone Snooze, Regular Recording, and Silent Recording.
  • Dial Now, API/MCP, and extra caller IDs are not included in that seven-feature beta bundle.

Plans and add-ons

Billing shows only currently published plans and add-ons for your workspace. Pay-As-You-Go has no monthly membership fee and includes Web and Calendar scheduling. Other capabilities may require recurring add-ons.

Important: Selecting a plan or add-on is not enough. Access changes only after the billing provider confirms the transaction and the platform stores the entitlement.

Wallet and usage

  • Available balance is total wallet balance minus active reservations.
  • Purchased, promotional, manual, trial, included, refund, and correction funds remain separate.
  • A call can be blocked when available balance or spend policy is insufficient.
  • Manual top-ups and automatic reloads are separate actions.

Auto-reload

  • Auto-reload requires a valid reusable payment method.
  • The default disclosed rule adds $20 when available balance is below $5, subject to daily and monthly limits.
  • You can turn it off or lower its limits in Billing.
  • An ambiguous payment remains pending or unknown and is not blindly repeated.
