Create a calendar call
- Create one timed, non-recurring event from your verified account email.
- Invite only the exact three-word address shown on your Calendar page.
- Put exactly one standalone phone number in the event description.
- Use a national number for the country of your verified callback phone. For another country, include + and the country code.
- Send the invitation and wait for a confirmation or problem email. Silence is not confirmation.
- Check Calendar activity for the stored result.
Phone-number formatting
Common spaces, parentheses, dots, ASCII hyphens, Unicode dashes, and non-breaking spaces are accepted. The system validates and converts a national number using your selected verified callback phone country.
Important: The description must contain exactly one standalone number. Do not include a second phone number, extension, contact block, or malformed prefix.
Update or cancel an event
- Edit the existing event and send the update. Google may keep the same calendar sequence; changed event content is still retained safely.
- Lower or stale revisions do not replace a newer accepted revision.
- An update cannot change a call after dispatch has started.
- A cancellation is confirmed separately and never looks like a scheduling confirmation.
Recording fallback
If an otherwise valid Calendar request asks for a saved recording mode that is unavailable, the call is still scheduled with recording Off. The confirmation and Calendar activity explain the recording problem.
Important: Missing callback phone, caller ID, Calendar entitlement, wallet, calling policy, valid time, or required infrastructure can still prevent scheduling.
