Phone Access: SMS and Direct PIN

Schedule by SMS or call the protected number using your private PIN.

Set up Phone Access

  1. Confirm Phone Access is active in Billing or your trial.
  2. Open Phone Access and create a private 6 to 12 digit PIN.
  3. Save the approved caller ID and recording default used by automated phone paths.
  4. Keep the PIN private. It cannot be recovered; rotate it when necessary.

SMS scheduling

  • Send from your verified phone using the supported destination and optional schedule grammar shown in Phone Access.
  • Use an organization selector when your verified phone belongs to more than one workspace.
  • Every accepted or rejected command receives a protocol response. An accepted response includes a call reference and interpreted time.
  • Use STATUS or CANCEL with the call reference shown in the response.

Direct PIN calling

  • Call the platform number from your verified phone.
  • Enter your private PIN and follow the destination prompts.
  • Repeated wrong PIN attempts cause a lockout.
  • The same caller-ID, recording, wallet, policy, and safety rules apply as other call paths.
